At Delivery
A non-refundable advance of 25% of the total agreed package amount is required at the time of booking confirmation. This secures your event date. No date is reserved without receipt of this advance.
Sixty percent (60%) of the total package amount is due upon completion of all covered events. This payment must be made before editing begins.
The remaining 15% is due at the time of final content delivery — when all edited videos, photos, albums, and raw data are handed over.
All raw footage and original photographs will be delivered on the client's own storage device. The client is responsible for providing a suitable HDD or SSD with adequate storage capacity. We do not provide storage devices.
For a full wedding, typically 1TB–2TB free space is required. For smaller events, 500GB may suffice. Confirm capacity before the event date.
Your event date is confirmed only upon receipt of the 25% advance. We do not hold dates tentatively.
The advance payment (25%) is strictly non-refundable in all cases of client-initiated cancellation.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 30 days before the original event date, subject to availability.
Edited photos and highlight videos typically delivered within 3–6 weeks of the event. Full wedding films may take 6–12 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees.
One round of revision is included for edited videos. Additional revisions may be available at an extra cost.
Clients receive a personal-use licence for all delivered photographs and videos.
We retain the right to use images and video footage for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing at booking.
